Who is Vacant Home Care LLC?
Vacant Home Care LLC was created by its Owner and President Brian Griffith who is a seasoned veteran of the home building industry. Brian started his career in the home building industry while still in high school being a general laborer for a homebuilder. Digging footings for homes and carrying shingles up a ladder for about $1 an hour was his entry into the business. After college Brian worked his way up through the carpentry trade on his way to a career in Construction Management. Since that time Brian has worked for several of the well known National Builders at the Executive Management level along with owning and operating a Custom Home Building Company. Brian believes quality work combined with superior customer service are the key elements for success and customer satisfaction.
Why Vacant Home Care?
When the current Home building market recently came upon us Brian decided that since we have now built too many homes for the current demand that somebody needed to take Care of the Homes that already exist. That is when the idea for Vacant Home Care LLC was born. He contacted many of the best and reliable business partners and subcontractors that he had worked with over the years and invited them to join his team of experts and craftsmen to help provide the services that Vacant Home Care supplies to owners of these homes. Our goal is to protect and maintain your valuable asset and also provide superior, outstanding and reliable customer service along the way. Our Service Area
Our service area has expanded to cover all of Florida, we have multiple offices located through out the state of Florida allowing us to provide quality service state wide. We will provide service to other areas, outside of Florida, for an additional fee to be negotiated on an individual basis. Please contact us for further details.
